Centennial and Simcoe take the lead in this hazy pale ale; their classic hop profile provides lively aromas, with grapefruit zest, sweet orange and subtle pine. Complementing these established favourites is the relative newcomer Elani, which adds notes of pineapple, peach and white grape that emerge through the aroma and flavour, adding gentle tropical sweetness over the beer's citrus backbone. Supported by a smooth, pillowy body, the result is a balanced and highly drinkable pale ale that allows the hops to shine without overwhelming the palate. A stout brewed with six different malts which sit in a three hour boil, we've mashed in this beer at a higher temperature to extract more non fermentable sugars and combined it with a longer boil to caramelize the sugars, leaving this beer finishing at a higher final gravity for a thicker body and smooth mouthfeel. A DDH IPA using Cryo Fresh Citra and Krush straight from Yakima Chief Hops in the USA. In this fresh hop celebration we see the rich flavours of luscious peach syrup, juicy mixed berries, and a refreshing hint of mango sorbet unite in harmony.
