We've left no shortage of hops in this DDH IPA with a double dose of Chinook, Centennial, Enigma, Citra, Simcoe and Ariana, throwing in some extra Centennial in the boil and Chinook in the whirlpool for an extra layer of spice and peppery herbaceousness to balance notes of peach ring sweets, lime and white grape skin.
